- Fall registration The Kenwood High School Athletic Department encourages all interested students to try out for interscholastic teams for the 2013-2014 school year.
Beginning practice dates and times for FALL SPORTS are noted below. Before a student may participate in try-outs for a team, they must:
Have a completed Interscholastic PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM (Valid for 1 year)
Have a signed PARENT PERMISSION FORM. Medical insurance is mandatory. Please put your policy number on the form.
BE ELIGIBLE. (Must not have received more than one failing grade for the fourth quarter of the 2012-13 school year. Must also have a 2.0 GPA.
Not be 19 years or older as of August 31st.
Register for Eligibility Verification with the Athletic Director, August 8th , 9th and August 12 th, 10:00 am to 2:00pm in Gym . August 12th , we will also have an evening registration from 5pm to 7pm. ALL Athletes must register to be eligible for practice. Registration is also available by appointment over the summer. Call 410-887-0145. Sports physicals available the evening of August 12th . $25. Call for an appointment. Space is limited.
Students must bring their Report Card, Physical Form and Athletic Permit to registration.
The school year is divided into three athletic seasons Fall, Winter, and Spring. Fall sports practice can begin, August 14th.this year. Winter sports practice begins November 15th; spring sports practice begins March 1st, 2014
